You Pay, Your Way

We want to make paying for your dental care as flexible and affordable as possible. We offer senior discounts and accept most forms of insurance.

In addition to traditional forms of payment, our office also offers several plans for extended payments for patients’ obligations for what their insurance does not cover or for patients without insurance. Some of the options are low interest or interest free, depending on the chosen length of term.

Dr. Kearney’s In-House Dental Plan

Dr. Kearney is now offering an In-house Dental Plan to patients who have no dental insurance or are unhappy with their current plan. This is only available to all self-pay patients, new and existing. You will find that our plan is friendly, eliminates the middleman (the insurance company), and has no annual maximum benefit limits. It enables you, the patient, to receive the care you need when you want it, and your dental care remains between you and your dentist. It also covers your continued care appointments to help you maintain your healthy smile.

Membership Benefits:

Adult or child prophylaxis – 2 per year
Periodic exam – 2 per year
Full mouth series of X-rays or Panelipse – 1 per 5 years
Bitewing X-rays – 1 set per year
Adult or child fluoride varnish – 2 per year
Advanced oral cancer screening – 1 per year
Periodontal gum screening – 1 per year
Periodontal maintenance cleaning (in place of Adult Prophylaxis) – 15% off

Any recommended treatment performed by Dr. Kearney will be given a 15% discount, and no services are excluded.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kearney for 33 years now and never had something I needed special work on until this month when I broke off a piece of my tooth on a popcorn kernel. I was able to get an appointment that same day and waited only a few minutes before the dental assistant looked at the tooth, took X-rays, and Dr. Kearney came in a few minutes later and repaired the tooth. I was done in an hour and able to eat later that night with no pain.

How often do you go to the dentist and actually have fun? I did today! The entire Austin Bluffs Dental team is very friendly and was caring about my comfort. But their willingness to joke around and have fun certainly made it much easier to walk into that hour-long treatment in the chair.
