Dr. Kearney is adept at constructing dental implant restorations, such as crowns and implant bridges that look and feel like your natural teeth. Dr. Kearney can also construct an implant retained denture if you are experiencing poor retention of your current dentures.

Most often, the placement of the implant (tooth root replacement) will be performed by an oral surgeon. Once the implant is placed and the mouth has healed, Dr. Kearney will then fit and secure the crown to finalize the dental implant procedure. The details and specifics of the implant restoration vary based on each patient’s individual needs and the type of materials that are being used, though this is generally a painless procedure.

How often do you go to the dentist and actually have fun? I did today! The entire Austin Bluffs Dental team is very friendly and was caring about my comfort. But their willingness to joke around and have fun certainly made it much easier to walk into that hour-long treatment in the chair. Compared to the somber, no-smile dentists I’ve been to in the past, walking into a friendly, laughing atmosphere is really enjoyable.
